Aramar Investments is pleased to share an update on this 64-unit multifamily community, acquired earlier this year and now in active repositioning. Since closing, the asset management team has prioritized the following scope:

Structural deck repairs — rotted framing identified and replaced with new pressure-treated lumber
Stair tread and railing restoration to address safety and code compliance
Exterior refresh — decks and doors repainted from the original burgundy to a modern gray
Unit turnovers — units received in poor condition are being cleared out and prepared for repaint
Grounds improvements — fresh pine straw and landscaping cleanup to strengthen curb appeal
