Real estate isn’t always perfectly smooth and this one tested us a little. We experienced a two-day delay due to a lender issue, and while it was frustrating for my buyer, he handled it with so much patience and grace.

Through it all, I stayed consistent, communicative, and transparent every step of the way because that’s what my clients deserve.

So excited to share that this one is UNDER CONTRACT 🏡🎉

These two young professionals knew exactly what they wanted for their first home—an older ranch-style home with a basement, room to grow, and space to host friends. This one checked every box… and then some. A pool ✔️ an entertainment deck ✔️ and all the character they were searching for ✔️

What I admire most is their patience and discipline. They stayed focused on their goals, saved intentionally, and positioned themselves to finance nearly half of the purchase price—a huge accomplishment for first-time buyers.

We lost out on a couple of homes early on while they took time to be sure, but sometimes that’s just the universe saying not this one. This home truly has everything they wanted and more, and I couldn’t be happier for them. 💙
