Contrary to common belief, any broker or real estate licensee involved in the transaction may perform the ministerial act of filling in the Binding Agreement Date. Buyers or sellers only have one day to object; otherwise, the date stands as entered. Since key deadlines depend on the Binding Agreement Date, prompt verification is essential.
