An issue with the access control system at the Fitness Center is not allowing fob activity to be recognized.

The issue has been reported to the vendor who will investigate and repair as quickly as possible.

An update will be sent when the system has been reactivated.

A project to convert the punch-code access system to a fob access system on the above gates is nearly complete. The system will be active on Monday, November 17th at 11:00am. Once active, all access for the tennis, pickleball and basketball gates will be via fob only.

Every household is allowed a maximum of 2 fobs. If you would like to purchase additional fobs, they are available at the management office for a fee of $25.00 (check or money order only) each as long as the 2-fob limit is not exceeded. The office is located on the back side of the Crescent Ridge Clubhouse with weekday office hours of 9:00am until 6:00pm.

The doors for the tennis restrooms near the upper courts will be both punch-code and fob accessible.

The Crescent Pool and tennis restrooms closed for repair Thursday, July 17th

A major plumbing repair near the Crescent Ridge Clubhouse is scheduled for Thursday, July 17th, between 10am and 5pm. The repair will necessitate shutting off the water for the clubhouse area.

As a result, the Crescent pool/restrooms and the tennis restrooms will be closed for the duration of the repair.

The Summit and Ridge pools will be open with lifeguards at The Summit until the repair is complete.
