Das Himmel Haus in October.

Up north, this is the short window everyone plans around. Color on the trees, cool mornings, and a warm house to come back to at night.

Fall and winter dates are open. 🍁

Pirates of the High Seas & Renaissance Fest is back in Panama City Beach, October 9 to 11.

Parades Friday and Saturday, a pirate invasion on the beach Saturday afternoon, and fireworks Saturday night around Aaron Bessant Park. It is free to attend.

Watching the fireworks from a beachfront balcony is not a bad plan either. 🏴‍☠️

Cabin weekend, this or that?

Swipe through and tell us your picks in the comments. We’ll go first: hot tub, sunrise, game room, trail, creek. 🔥

Feedback Friday.

Carlos called Grace & Ember one of the best homes he’s ever stayed in, and said he felt right at home from the very beginning.

Spotless, cozy, and ready for you the moment you walk in. That’s what we aim for in every stay. 🍁

October is the month we wait for all year. 🗓️

The Georgia mountains are just starting to turn, Michigan is in full color, and Minnesota is already on its last leaves.

Tell us in the comments: 1, 2, 3 or 4? 🍂

October is when Fort Lauderdale stops being a summer thing and starts being the reason people leave home. 🏖️

Havana Haven is a private pool house minutes from the beach, and this is the stretch of the year it does best. Warm water, no crowds, and the rates before the winter season takes over.

Snowbird season starts sooner than people plan for. Fall and winter dates are open now.

Own a place like this? We manage 13 homes across 5 states. Happy to talk. 📲

The Blue Ridge Scenic Railway runs four hours down the Toccoa River and back, and it drops you in McCaysville for a couple of hours in the middle 🚂.

The fall runs are the ones people plan trips around, and they sell out well before the color actually peaks here in late October 🍁.

Columbus Day weekend is October 9-12 this year. If you are building a leaf trip around it, book the train first and the cabin second 🎟️.
We are five minutes from the depot in Blue Ridge 🏡.

Endless hills and a fresh week ahead.

The landscape at Mountain Clarity reminds us that there is always more to explore. Starting your Monday with a view like this makes everything feel possible.

The hills are calling and the week is open.

Go for it.

Two years ago this cabin was with another management company and did about $30k.

This year it will do about $75k with us 📈.

Same cabin. Same market. Same mountains outside the window. Two and a half times the revenue.

Nothing about that is magic. It is pricing that moves with demand instead of sitting still, photos that actually sell the house 📸, and someone answering the messages within minutes instead of hours ⏱️.

If your place is with a manager and the numbers have been flat for two years, that is worth a second opinion. Send us a message. We will look at it and tell you honestly what we see 💬.

Our communication and attention to detail make stays at Birdie Blue Cabin easy and stress free. Kelli and her group found everything they needed and had a fantastic time.

Providing a friendly and responsive experience is a top priority for us. We love knowing that our efforts make a real difference for our guests during their mountain getaways.
