Like anyone, the world of business, or specifically in the world of Real Estate, we work hard to develop a good network within which to conduct business in the most efficient, profitable manner possible. Many Realtors shy away from Real Estate Investors similar to us. If you are asking why, the answer is because we don't always benefit the realtor. So now if you're asking why would anyone work with us, there are many homes on the market that have little or no equity, or, are so close to foreclosure that a realtor simply can't be involved. The owner may not be able to pay the realtor, or, foreclosure may be looming so close that by the time the listing is in place, the foreclosure sale is taking place. In return, we have brought Marie listings and/or listing potential people who aren't in need of the service we provide. Moreover, I've never personally seen anyone work so hard in my life. If we email Marie a request at 6am many times we have a response by 7am. Likewise for requests emailed by us at 11pm, we've received responses at midnight. Phone calls are always promptly returned and we've never talked to Marie or met with Marie when she was in a bad mood.
