The water heater on the left was over 20 years old. So it was way past (about 10 years) time for a new one. Our lovely client wouldn’t trust anyone else worh this project. We got everything completed within their budget and in time for them to have hot water for dinner. We even did some upgrades on the water and gas lines while we were there for free. This is such a scary situation. So glad this man did not get hurt, but had he yotten hurt then that could be on you to pay tor his bills and suffering.
