Renters Need ❤️ Too! Passed by these and wanted to share.

This closing right here touches me to the ❤😭 Earlier this year and suddenly we lost a true Friend of the Family. For over a year prior to his passing he kept telling me he wanted my help to secure his Nephew a home of his own. My Friend let me know how his Nephew deserved it. At that time Nephew wasn't ready. Plus their Family suffered numerous losses. When the time was ready Nephew called and we began our search. Fast forward one canceled contract, 2 appraisals, 2 extensions, another almost canceled contract later Nephew and I finally closed. This is all 11 months after my Friend, his Uncle's passing. This transaction was by no means EASY, yet it was meant to be! Nephew had the keys, and look at the smile on his face. 12/30 last closing for 2021 and it was something special... HH this one was for you rest easy always 🕊
