For sellers, this includes pricing property, coordinating stagers and design consultants, and aligning and partnering with contractors to position property for sales. VCG was founded by Valerie Gonzalez, who joined Keller Williams in December of 2010 after thirteen years in the real estate industry. She quickly immersed herself in the company culture and became one of the office’s top mentors and educators. Prior to founding VCG, Valerie worked as the Lead Buyer Specialist and Director of Sales and Expansion for the #1 Team in the Southeast Region for Keller Williams International in both 2016 and 2017. She played an integral role in the team’s success, as she worked diligently to develop and grow the team of 18 agents. After 20+ years in the real estate industry and having led one of the top 100 Keller Williams teams internationally, it was time for Valerie to channel that expertise towards the creation of a company with a specific mission for her clients and specific vision for a select group of agents.
