Choosing the right agent is key to finding your dream home! 🔑 🏡

Buying a home is the most important transaction most people will ever make. There are some key 🔑 questions to consider when choosing the right agent:

Here’s a few to ask: 📝

1.) ⭕️How experienced are they?
If they are new to the industry, that isn’t a bad thing, but experience comes with closings.📌

2.) ⭕️Are they credible/trust worthy? Have they closed similar deals like yours❓

3.) ⭕️Is there a step by step guide to follow to see if you qualify to give you an idea of what to do?! Do they explain things in a way that you can understand and do they answer your questions - no matter how many? You have the right to understand the process and your loan terms.🤩

4.)⭕️Lastly, make sure it feels right!!!
