Have you seen a home on Zillow as a “Pre-Forclosure” and thought 💭 man that’s a great deal on that house! I bet you have! But... here is the truth.

120 days of default on a mortgage can result in a “Notice of Default” that gets filed on the home. This is public knowledge and Zillow post the listing as a pre-foreclosure. 9 times out of 10 they catch up on payments or negotiate with the bank ect and the home never actually gets foreclosed on.
