Wanted to just give everyone an update on what we have been up to. Jason quit his job late January and started focusing on our business full time so we can grow more. In six weeks we have two properties under contract, one is scheduled to close this coming Monday and one on March 31st.

One is a duplex that has long term renters so a little bit of renovation and keep them there. The next is a historic house that we will be converting it to a quad plex. Oh did I mention the historic house happens to come with an additional lot next door?

We will share more updates and pictures as we get started.
