The luxury segment continues to show balance and resilience — even as overall buyer activity cools.
Closed sales dipped slightly with 4,423 homes sold (−6.5% YoY), yet prices held firm:
• Median Sale Price: $425K (+0.7% YoY)
• Average Sale Price: $523K (+1.6% YoY)

On the supply side, inventory rose nearly 25% from last year, offering high-end buyers more opportunities to find their perfect fit. Still, premium properties that are priced strategically and presented beautifully continue to command strong interest and faster offers.

Happy one year anniversary to us!!!🎉🥳 I thank the Lord almost every day for His blessings to us of to be able to purchase our home!

This has been our third home purchase, and it was truly different from the previous two purchases. It had been about eight years since we sold our last home before purchasing this one and to say the least, that journey was longer than I expected and anticipated, but it really was right on time, and it was God‘s timing.
