Your blue tape walkthrough is your opportunity to identify the little details that need to be corrected before closing.

Here are some things to look for during your new construction home walkthrough / builder punch list:

🔨 Touch-up paint
🔨 Areas that need additional caulk
🔨 Quality of outdoor landscaping
🔨 Loose faucets, hardware, or shelving
🔨 Damaged or uneven flooring
🔨 Rough or damaged countertops
🔨 Cabinet quality and installation throughout the home

Apparently this is what happens when you take a realtor on a girls trip 😂

Somewhere between the espresso martinis, laughing until we cried, and actually enjoying a little time away… there was a contract to negotiate, a client to call, and a deal that couldn’t wait.

Real estate doesn’t always come with an out-of-office button, and although I’m not trying to spend my entire vacation working, I’m also not the kind of agent who disappears the second I leave town.

My clients deserve someone who can be present in real life AND present when they need me.

So yes… I put the phone down.

But apparently my friends caught the moments when I picked it back up. 😂✈️🥂

I never even got to post this one as a listing… because it sold first. 😂

This was supposed to be the “look at this house!” reel.

If you mention taking a trip around me you better be ready to start planning it, because I’ll make it happen (especially if it’s Disney 🏰)

There’s just something about a live concert that I’ll choose over almost any other night out.

I love a good plan, but some of my favorite memories have come from things that weren’t planned at all.
