Hey there! I’m Courtenay and I am a Georgia peach born and raised! I am a proud native of Cobb County and the Marietta community. Graduating with a degree in Advertising from the University of Alabama, I began a career in Marketing with The Home Depot at the corporate office. A few years later I jumped into Sales with a flooring manufacturer, Mohawk Industries. For almost 10 years I grew in different roles from Sales to Marketing to Account Management. All of those opportunities lead me to a great understanding of taking care of clients and developing businesses. Assisting someone in buying or selling a home is the greatest extension of Customer Service as well as an opportunity to develop a business. After all, your home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make and the goal is to profit from that investment.
As a Keller Williams agent my passion for helping others achieve their goal of buying or selling a home starts with listening, understanding and executing a plan. My goal as a seller’s agent is to assess your house at the right price, get it sold in the least amount of time, at the very best value possible. As a buyer’s agent I will provide expert guidance throughout the home buying process, from location to negotiations.
