SOLD!!! Both a sale AND a purchase on the same day for my clients, but what made this one extra special was the domino effect happening behind the scenes. The buyer purchasing their home also had a home to sell first, which meant three separate closings all had to happen in the right order on the same day for everything to work. One falls through and the whole thing collapses. No pressure, right?

But we made it through without a hitch and here is what we walked away with:

On their sale, we got 99% of list price, went under contract in the first week on the market, and were even able to move closing up two weeks so they could get to the next chapter faster.

On their purchase, a brand new build, we locked in a seriously low interest rate thanks to builder incentives that made the numbers work beautifully.

And the best part? I have known this family for 15 years. She was my daughter's kindergarten teacher. To now be the one helping her and her family close one chapter and open a brand new one in a home they built from the ground up. That is the kind of full circle moment that reminds me exactly why I do this.

SOLD!!! Closed and DONE in 13 days 🎉

When my client's sister found me on Google to help her and her sister in law move here to GA. I knew we were going to be great friends. She is a dear client and friend and when her sister decided to move here she couldnt wait to introduce her to me at my last sip and paint event!

This week was a real estate rom-com, starring Multiple Offers, a 13-day close, and my planner as the real MVP.

✨ The listing that sat quietly for almost 65 days (Sommerset Dr) suddenly got multiple offers like it just remembered it was the main character.
⚡ A Bethlehem deal raced to clear-to-close in 13 days (yes… thirteen).
👀 Off-market opportunities popped up in Dacula and Oakwood — because sometimes the best stuff never hits the apps.
🤝 Co-oped a sale with Debbie Finley (love a good teamwork moment).
🏗️ And squeezed in a new construction orientation on Zoom… because apparently I’m fluent in warranties now.
