This is Agent Wilson again with the FBI..still working with the GBI in finding the aloof Miss Kaydell. Reports show that she was last seen in Metter, GA selling FMLS Listing Agreements on the side. There is an APB out for her by the Real Estate Commission. Anyone seeing her is advised to approach with caution as she's known to carry a knife and a tazer gun.

This is Agent Wilson again with the FBI. A vigil was held last night for one Bonita F. Kaydell, but only 7 folks showed up and they were from the Real Estate Commission. Miss Kaydell was last seen early Saturday morning attempting to steal a caravan from a real estate company. She was wearing black leggings and then more leggings over her head. Please be advised that she is armed and dangerous.

Always go around at night time and get FLYERS out of the boxes for co-opt agents' listings. Go ahead and reduce the price by 44% and put them back in the box. Then show the property at 9:00 a.m. the next day and present a list price offer. Threaten legal action if its not accepted. Then tell the Sellers that its their agent who told you about the lower price and hand them the flyer.

When dealing with an upcoming closing, INTENTIONALLY give the co-opt agent the wrong time for the closing. Tell him/her that its ONE HOUR before (its actual time). This will leave their clients fuming and you'll look like the BETTER AGENT. You'll get plenty of new BIZ this way. Better yet, give them the address of the closing attorney ACROSS the STREET from the real closing; they look even way, way stupider.

This is Agent Wilson of the FBI & we're working with the GBI. Trying to find one BONITA F. KAYDELL, last seen in a hair salon in Alpharetta. She left a note that she was being taken hostage by some former GRI graduates. They will not let her go until she surrenders her real estate license. There is no ransom demand & her family says one won't one paid. No one really cares if she comes back, but she owes us $1489.
