About Us

Established in 1991, Hunter Management Company owns and leases multi-tenant office buildings in the North Atlanta market, specializing in Williamsburg and Colonial-style Suburban office buildings. Our philosophy is “to partner with and serve our tenants”. We pride ourselves in our first class and personal service, the meticulous care of our buildings, and the quality and stability of our tenants which is unsurpassed. We have an “in-house” maintenance staff ready and eager to handle any need or problem so situations can be quickly remedied with one phone call. With multiple buildings in the Roswell and East Cobb markets, our buildings appeal to growing businesses, because we allow them to transfer to larger available spaces in any of our other buildings before their leases expire. Our rental rate structure is very simple with NO Common Area Maintenance or Pass-thru’s – i.e. no hidden costs or surprises. All of our Roswell buildings are in the Roswell Opportunity Zone which is the most generous and user-friendly job tax credit plan in Georgia … obviously a tremendous financial benefit to any employer planning to hire at their new office location. Most buildings have separately metered and tenant controlled HVAC units and, for the most part, programmable thermostats, able to be set for each company’s particular office hours and schedule. Many of our suites have upgraded finishes such a high sheetrock ceilings, can lighting, french doors, crown moldings and chair rail – and almost all, with few exceptions, have private restrooms and kitchens. With plenty of front door parking, our buildings are easily accessible 24/7 and many currently have Fiber Optic availability. Tenants enjoy easy access to restaurants, retail and services in the thriving Roswell/ Alpharetta area and Roswell locations are within a short distance of the trendy “Old Roswell” area, as well as a short drive away from Avalon in Alpharetta.
