CLOSED in Marietta! This was a genuine math➖➕ problem. How much should the client invest in getting the property ready for the market without overspending? After poring over the competition, we landed on painting the exterior brick , updating a few electrical fixtures inside & clearing out the overgrowth in the backyard. We held off on replacing the driveway & sealing cracks in the garage floor. Those would have certainly helped too, but the ROI 🤓 was just not there. In the end, what we did brought the attention & the buyer we needed. LOVE this stuff! Thank you again, Noah, for your trust & for the business.

These small land deals can be a little tricky! I love working on them, but they do take some time to not just find the right buyer but to sort out our contract details. We received MULTIPLE offers on this property, but only one with acceptable terms. Instead of rushing into a bad deal, we worked to find the RIGHT one....& it only takes one!
