NEW PROJECT FOR INVESTOR
Im working with my partner and a new investor, and I thought I would share some quick pics. I currently working on a reno for an investor. It's a 3700dqft Townhouse.
The scope of work is all new flooring throughout New kitchen, open between kitchen and dining, opening between dining and living room, new master bath, new bathroom in second upstairs bath, new half bath downstairs, new windows throughout and new 3 panel sliding door and 2 - 2 panel sliding door, all new can lighting kitchen, dining, living room, master bedroom and master bath.. paint throughout... new flooring in entire townhouse should hopefully be done within 5 - 6 weeks... will post more pictures soon.... follow me and watch the process unfold...
