Under Contract!!!

The first time I took my clients out to see homes, they fell in love with the very first one we toured. It checked so many boxes and had all the potential, but after some back and forth and lender conversations, it just wasn’t the one. It needed a few updates they were willing to tackle, but something in their gut didn’t sit well.

So we went back to the drawing board. Scheduled more showings. Hit the road a few more times, and we found the one. 🙌🏽

Move-in ready. Perfect location. Every. Single. Box. Checked. It’s everything they wanted and moe. Now, in just a few weeks, it’ll be theirs!

So proud of my clients for trusting the process and not settling. Cause baby they tried, but my job is to always keep them on the prize no matter how much it feels like you may not find it. What’s for you is always for you.
