Spent the weekend at the Blessing of the Fleet in Darien—such a beautiful tradition honoring the sh*****ng community and wishing them a safe, successful season. I really enjoyed spending time with family and friends who were out there. They also host one in Brunswick, and both are such special coastal celebrations. ⚓🌊

Another estate sale adventure in Druid Hills today 👀🏡

I actually came for one thing only…
that vintage kitchen sink + stove combo I wanted for my basement.

Gone on Day 1.
Someone beat me to it for $300 😩

Then I spotted the Italian cups… absolutely beautiful.
Still had to walk away (sometimes discipline wins 😂).

BUT I did score a large handmade pottery vase that matches my basement perfectly — and after checking online later… they’re selling for almost $200+ and I got mine for $45 🙌

Now that’s what I call a win.

Even better — this home itself was for sale and had a beautiful pool with a butterfly gate detail that I just had to bring home with me 🦋

One thing I love about estate sales is they tell the story of a home — and sometimes they help you imagine what your next home could become.

Real estate is more than buying houses… it’s seeing the possibilities inside them.

Birthday vibes + sunshine + history + amazing food = the perfect Florida getaway! ☀️🌴🎂

Spent the most amazing time in Bonita Springs and Key West soaking up sunshine, ocean views, and island history! Took a trolley tour around Key West, stood at the famous 90-miles-from-Cuba buoy, and enjoyed the fun energy at Sloppy Joe’s.

Back in Bonita, I relaxed beachside at Doc’s (yes… cash only!) and had the best waterfront views at Coconut Jack’s just steps from where I stayed.

Such a beautiful way to celebrate another year feeling grateful, refreshed, and ready for what’s next 💛🌊
