🔑 Your first property usually teaches you what you can live with.
Your second property is when you start getting really clear on what you don’t want to compromise on. 💭
By the time buyers go for home number two, the search usually becomes more intentional:
• layout matters more
• location gets even more specific
• storage suddenly feels very important
• “nice enough” is not as convincing anymore
• long-term lifestyle starts leading the decision
The first home often gets you in the game. The second home tends to reflect what you’ve learned.
If you’ve bought before, what changed most for you the second time around?
