This lease holds a special place in my heart. She stayed the course and trusted the process to secure her first location for her business.

What many don’t see is the two-year journey it took to get here—getting everything in order, navigating a tight market, life, and finding a space that truly met the specific guidelines, restrictions, and operational needs.

Options were limited, but we didn’t settle. We stayed focused.

Client Updates: Client expansion to Beverly Hills. This will be location #2 from Brookhaven and adding their footprint around the US. Appreciative they trust me with the process of locating their cosmetic dental offices.

Stay tuned for the buildout and opening set for 1st quarter 25. Most wanted me to refer it out but I knew I could locate a space in other markets with research and our GIS platform. With an agent allowing me to work through their CA license.
