It’s always rewarding to see a project come full circle—especially one that was part of an assemblage I was involved in.
2820 Macedonia Rd. in Powder Springs, where I represented one of the sellers, was under contract for nearly 3 years and came with its share of challenges. But today, it’s exciting to see it transforming into a thoughtfully planned mixed-use development—now called SCP Macedonia.

Client Updates: Client expansion to Beverly Hills. This will be location #2 from Brookhaven and adding their footprint around the US. Appreciative they trust me with the process of locating their cosmetic dental offices.

Stay tuned for the buildout and opening set for 1st quarter 25. Most wanted me to refer it out but I knew I could locate a space in other markets with research and our GIS platform. With an agent allowing me to work through their CA license.
