My husband and I recently purchased a home (probate lead) and decided to keep it to help women and children that are domestic violence survivors. Our goal is to shelter families rent free while they pick up and start to rebuild. With that being said, I have started a go fund me page to help towards the cost of repairing and rehabbing the property. There is a lot of work to be done and we would also like to furnish the home. I love when we find houses like this. Pre-foreclosure! The owner is deceased and left the house to her lawn care provider who doesn't want it because of the mortgage. Plenty of gems 💎 in this home too. Win win!
