We took a trip to the cocoa factory and while they were showing us the process of making chocolate, they gave us some cocoa. It was sweet and Yara really took a liking to it. As an offspring of a cocoa OG who grow up eating raw cocoa, I ain’t even going to lie, it made me super proud. The fruit was real sweet and juicy.

Short answer: being on title doesn’t mean you’re on the loan.

Lenders underwrite the borrower, not everyone on title. This comes up a lot with spouses, especially in Georgia. Save this if you’re buying or already own a home
