We need your help keeping Oaktree beautiful! Recently, a large amount of trash was left in our pool parking lot. After reviewing our security camera footage, we witnessed an Oaktree resident—not a guest—throwing trash directly out of their car window onto the ground before driving away. This behavior is completely unacceptable. The HOA is addressing this issue directly with the resident involved. We have also received reports of residents throwing trash out of their windows while driving through the community. Oaktree is our home, and we should all take pride in where we live. Please remember that we have zero tolerance for littering. If you witness anyone dumping trash in our neighborhood, please report it immediately to the HOA.

We are pleased to inform you that the community pool has passed all safety checks and is now officially open.

🚨 POOL CLOSED 🚨
The pool is closed today and potentially tomorrow due to glass contamination in the pool following yesterday’s severe storm damage. The HOA has dispatched the pool company for an emergency cleanup. Please stay out of the pool gates until a formal reopening message is sent. Thank you!

Phase 1 of our tennis court renovations is officially underway! Pressure cleaning, major crack sealing, and turf work will all wrap up this week, and more information will be shared in the newsletter next week. It’s been quite a process, but we are making great progress and remain on track to complete the picnic area by fall 2026.

A huge shout out to Contractors Maintenance Solutions for doing a great job!

We have recently noticed an increase in door-to-door solicitors coming into our community. To keep our neighborhood safe and peaceful, we need everyone’s help.

Do not welcome them: Do not let them start a sales pitch, shake hands, or hand you flyers.

Ask them to leave immediately: Firmly tell them to step off your property and leave the neighborhood.
