I know I’ve been a little quiet on social media lately—but it’s definitely not because things have slowed down over here! 🙃

A little late sharing this one, but I had to highlight a recent sale from last month that was just too good not to mention…

This home hit the market and within just TWO days we had 23 showings 🤯—so many that we actually had to cancel the remaining appointments so the sellers could come back home!

That kind of activity led to multiple offers and ultimately a contract ABOVE list price 🙌

Fun fact—this is actually the second time I’ve sold this home! Always a great feeling to come back to a property and deliver strong results again.
