It's CLOSING Day!!!

And...I couldn't be happier to finally get this closed after 4 extensions 🤪. Everything came to a halt when we had a "State of Emergency" due to Hurricane Debby, and we never got any rain 😂🫣😂.

Congrats to my Seller, , and I loved working with agent, Kellie Drummond Clements on the Buyers side! She is da bomb! Also, thank you Maria Chiusano Van Vurst who referred the buyer from Atlanta along with lender, Josh Holley, who had to deal with all of our calls and messages😂!!
