*** UNDER CONTRACT*** My clients are taking a stab at the booming Airbnb business and in no better place than Glenwood Park. They weren’t initially impressed but I insisted we go see this home! With a main house and a full guest house with a kitchen in back… it was a huge Win in my eyes! 1 property. 2 different flows of income! Walking distance to the , East Atlanta Village and Madison Yards I’m super excited to see how this home will generate income for them! Now on to the closing table!

🏡🍾🏡CLOSED!!! 🏡🍾🏡 In All honesty this post is a few weeks late because I had to wait for her to post this for her birthday, but WE CELEBRATE WINS over here nonetheless! My client really won with her new place! She walked in with equity! Secured new construction! Gated Community! Pool! Literally EVERYTHING she wanted and then some! I tell my clients… WHAT’S FOR YOU IS FOR YOU. In this market you cant sweat the losses! When that win comes…. TRUST ME… it will work out in your favor! To make it all better she did this before turning 29! With the way this Atlanta market is now thats a super big accomplishment! It was an absolute pleasure working with her btw!!! Y’all send her positive vibes and congratulations!!!

🏡🥂🍾CLOSED!!! Talk about a bumpy ride that ended smoothly! We had some tough times finding the perfect home for my client but in the end it all worked out. I was able to leverage my business relationships to get my him to be in the right place at the right time! New construction ✅ Walking into equity ✅ STILL IN ATLANTA ✅!! This is a win win all around! I want you all to give a huge congrats to one of Atlanta’s newest residents!

Another Home Successfully Closed Here In Atlanta By Yours Truly! This Home suited my client perfectly! Originally my client was hesitant to go view this property (new construction was on the radar). But they agreed and I made sure to explain the true VALUE in this property. The listing agent had overpriced it dramatically and it had went a bit stale on the market. I was able to negotiate repairs, a home warranty, closing costs as well as an offer under list price! All in a days work but I really DO THIS for my clients!

🏡🏠CLOSED!!! WE HAVE ANOTHER FIRST TIME HOME BUYER IN THE ATL!! So Lets Talk About Full Circle Moments 😂. My client was my first ever manager when I use to work for AT&T! Baby when I tell you we couldnt stand each other at first! It got heated a few times in those folks’ establishment! But as time went on we gained a huge mutual respect for one another! She is the EPITOME of A Boss Female! We fostered a great friendship since 2015 and she would always say “YOU KNOW YOU SELLING ME MY HOUSE WHEN I’M READY!” Ty Again for keeping your word OE and ty for trusting me with this process! I cant wait to see what you do with the space!

🏡🍾CLOSED🍾🏡Well what better way to close out 2021?! My good friend is now a first time homebuyer and I’m beyond proud of him! I remember his days as an Emory student struggling (but I knew it wouldnt be for long because Emory graduates be out here making that BANK when they graduate okurrr!) to now being here! On top of that he is making the super smart decision to do the home renovation loan that I did last year so he is going to be building in his equity out the gate!!! Everyone send him good vibes, CONGRATS AND GOOD LUCK as he tackles part 2 of this process…. THE RENOVATION *cues scary looming music* 😂

After living in here # home for ever 30 years Ms.Anne decided it was time to move on! She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I thoroughly enjoyed the process!

! This beautiful Gwinnett gem is ready to become someone elses home! My client is the mother of a good friend from high school and she called me and said … David its time for me to live my life! She plans to move back to the Caribbean and enjoy her days on a beach and I’m not mad at her! Her daughter on the other hand isn’t so happy to see her go 😩 but “Mama gotta have a life too” 😂😂! This one wont last long.
