Finally got some family to move to GA!!!! And to the most beautiful home in Roswell. I could not be more excited to have my sister and brother-in-law just up the road! We found this home when it was just studs - and they moved in last week. What an honor to get to help people I love so much, it was so special getting to lead them through the new construction process and show them what my job is all about.

In April, my clients texted me “this is our dream apartment”. And this past Friday? They closed on it. It was not on the market, not quietly listed for sale, and the owners were not considering selling at the time. Sold in Midtown!! And yall know it ain’t easy to sell a condo these days. After lots of life changes and being on and off the market for the last 2 years, the perfect buyers came along for this incredible condo! They wanted city life, and this checked all their boxes. This really is the best part - now my clients will soon be moving a bit north to give their family space to let those kiddos run. WAR DAMN EAGLE BABY!!
