Additionally, Marla’s background in real estate law as a certified paralegal has provided her with extensive knowledge of the legal process in buying and selling real estate, both residential and commercial. In addition to real estate, Marla has over 20 years’ experience in the aircraft industry specializing in cost control analysis, document control and purchasing. These roles helped Marla to define her ability to maximize cost efficiency in both personal and business finances, organization and retention of pertinent information as well as cost comparative analysis when choosing vendors to work with. Marla holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mercer University along with a paralegal certificate from the American Bar Association with a concentration in contracts. She is a lifelong Georgia resident and has personally experienced the extraordinary growth in the entire North Georgia region and looks forward to further assisting our community as the real estate industry continues to grow and expand.
