These are showing that the number of homes listed around several GA markets have increased compared to 2024’s statistics, which is good for buyers in these specific areas as there are more homes to choose from and not as much competition. From a listing standpoint the key is to price competitively and prep the house to market as best as you can to stand out.

Working with an agent you trust, being prepared, and understanding the stats for the area you’re either looking to move to or sell in are all things that can set you up for success. In markets like these it’s all about getting back to the basics 🖍️📓🎒
