📊 May Market Brief – GMLRA Highlights

Inventory stayed strong in May with 332 new listings and 887 active listings, giving buyers more options across the market.

Sales improved month-over-month with $56.1M in volume and 127 homes sold, while the median price rose to $335,000.

Overall, the market remains active and steady heading into summer.
