What’s going on?
Following some regional phishing alerts last week, KWRI is running automated, system-wide security updates to keep our network safe. As a protective measure, some .com Google Workspace accounts are being temporarily paused (suspended or disabled).

How to get re-activated immediately:
Since these KW email accounts are managed by KW, only their support team can lift the pause.

Reach out to them through one of these official channels:
1. Phone (Highly Recommended for fastest service):
Call (512) 306-7191 (M-F, 10 AM - 6 PM Eastern).

2. Live Chat (via KW Command):
Log into agent.kw.com -> Click the "?" icon in the top right -> Select "Chat with Support" to start a live chat.

3. Email Support:
Email [email protected]
You must send this email from your registered KW Command recovery email address so KWRI can securely verify your identity.
TIP: You can identify your recovery email in your profile settings within KW Command.

I'm honored to be among the IT professionals selected by ITDRC to serve communities impacted by Hurricane Helene.

My deployment to North Carolina begins on Tuesday Oct 8th, for 7 days. We will be working to setup data and voice services along with charging station trailers and building temporary call centers to benefit rescue workers needing to communicate with each other and survivors needing to reach their families.

(Minimal Disruption to Market Center Internet)

WHAT ARE WE DOING?
RGHD will be remotely performing critical and recommended Windows Server updates for all Rawls Group Market Centers.

WHAT IS IMPACTED?
During the update process, we will perform a reboot of the server as required. During the reboot sequence, access to the Internet will be impacted.

WHEN ARE WE DOING IT?
We will begin our operations at 7 pm and expect all the locations to be completed by 12 am.

To clarify, this does not mean the Internet will be offline throughout the entire designated time. We are simply making you aware there will be periods of disruption during the service window.
