Real Estate is in Kelly Prewitt’s blood. Her father and grandfather were Real Estate developers starting in the early 1960s in Asheville, North Carolina, building shopping centers, office buildings, and apartment complexes through RL Coleman and Company. She grew up around real estate deals and after graduating from Vanderbilt University with a BS in Engineering Science she went on to practice as
a licensed real estate agent for the top performing brokers in both Park City, Utah and New York City before relocating to Atlanta in 2000. Her experience in Park City was centered on luxury ski homes, working with discerning clients who expected exceptional personal service from their agent. In the late 1990s Kelly experienced the explosion of the New York market, working with buyers and sellers to navigate a market of sealed bids and rapid appreciation. From 2000 to 2004, Kelly worked in the development office of The Lovett School and then Pace Academy, successfully running their annual fund campaigns. Her time at Lovett and Pace helped connect her to the Buckhead community and fostered her continuing interest in Atlanta’s school. Kelly is the mother of two boys, Cole and Daniel, who attend Warren T Jackson Elementary School where Kelly is very active with the PTA. Kelly is married to Bryan Prewitt, a small business owner and they live in the Chastain Park section of Buckhead where Kelly is on the Board of the Chastain Park Civic Association. She and her family are members of Peachtree Road United Methodist Church. Other hobbies and interests:
