We are so pleased that after many hours of clearing out, planning, and good old fashioned hard work that our first renovation project in Hickory Hills is completed and it turned out beautiful! We closed this past week and a sweet new family has moved in! We are so grateful for the opportunity to help beautify the Shoals one house at a time. Now we're ready to move on to our next project!

So pleased to say that my listing at 2301 Bower Dr. closed and there is a new family now making it their home. G&H Restored Properties spent many hours working to make this Hickory Hills home beautiful again and did a great job on the renovation. It's wonderful to see a home get new life and be ready for a new chapter as many more happy memories will be made there!

We are thankful to share some exciting news! After much prayer and seeking the Lord's guidance, we have decided to join forces and work together bringing properties back to their former glory here in the Shoals area. We have been working toward forming our LLC and obtaining our first property since early April and closed on it on July 8th. Ever since then we have been working very hard on clearing out years of careful accumulation and then doing renovation to the home and grounds on a home that already had great bones. Yes, this is the before picture in early April! It was already stunning, but if you looked closely, you could see that it needed some love!
