🏡 WE’RE EXPANDING OUR RENTAL DEPARTMENT!

Natalie Cousins & Associates is seeking a "Licensed Rental Client Specialist" to join NCA Real Estate.

We are looking for a responsive, organized, and accountable Georgia real estate agent who will take ownership of the client experience—from the initial inquiry through a successful lease.

In this role, you will:

🔑 Respond to and manage incoming rental inquiries
🔑 Pre-screen and qualify prospective tenants
🔑 Conduct rental consultations and property tours
🔑 Assist clients with NCA and MLS rental listings
🔑 Maintain consistent communication and follow-up
🔑 Build relationships with renters who may become future homebuyers

This is not simply a door-opening role. We want an agent who knows how to listen, advise, follow through, and create long-term client relationships.

The selected agent must have consistent weekday availability, along with availability for scheduled afternoon, evening, and weekend property tours.

Requirements:

✔ Active Georgia real estate license
✔ Willing to affiliate with NCA Real Estate
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Strong communication and follow-up skills
✔ Professional, coachable, accountable, and client-focused

June 27 ❤️ | Happy Anniversary to Us

Today marks another beautiful year since we stood before God, surrounded by the people who loved us most, and promised to choose each other for the rest of our lives.

As we celebrate our anniversary, our hearts are filled with gratitude.

To our parents, thank you for your unconditional love, wisdom, sacrifices, and for laying the foundation that taught us the value of faith, family, and commitment.

To our children, thank you for being one of God’s greatest blessings in our lives. You have filled our home with love, laughter, purpose, and countless unforgettable memories. We love you more than words can express.

To our family and friends, thank you for praying for us, encouraging us, celebrating with us, and standing beside us throughout the years. Your love and support have meant more than you’ll ever know.

Most importantly, we give all glory to God. Through every season—both joyful and challenging—His grace has carried us, strengthened our marriage, and reminded us that love rooted in Him can withstand anything.
