Happy Friday, Atlanta! 🙌

Memorial Day weekend is here, and there is SO much happening around the metro. In addition to the many Memorial Day ceremonies and events honoring those who gave everything for our country, we also have some really unique and fun things going on this weekend.

Where else but Atlanta can you go from a Memorial Day tribute to Momocon, a coffee rave, celebrating 40 years of Pee-wee’s Playhouse, checking out a moonlight market, and so much more? 😄

Whether you’re looking for family fun, pop culture events, live music, food, shopping, or just an excuse to get out of the house, this weekend has a little something for everyone.

So take a look through the events I’ve posted, make some plans, and enjoy another busy weekend around the metro!

📊 How’s the Market? Let’s Take a Look.

For the month of April, things have stayed fairly steady despite higher interest rates and the uncertainty that comes with global events and conflict in the Middle East.

Personally, I’ve noticed that the number of casual “lookers” seems to have slowed down a bit, but interestingly, the actual numbers are telling a different story.

Across much of the northern suburbs of Atlanta, we’re still sitting at around a 3 to 4 month supply of inventory, which is still considered a seller’s market. Buyers are being a little more selective and strategic, but well-priced homes that show well are still moving.

Could things change tomorrow? Absolutely. Real estate is always evolving. But as of today, the Atlanta market remains steady and continues to perform consistently well.

It’s Friday, so you know what that means… it’s time for my weekly “What’s Happening Around the Metro” post! 🙌

This week, many of the events around Atlanta are focused on celebrating Mom. Whether you’re honoring your mother, a mother figure, a soon-to-be mom, or remembering a mom whose memory still means so much to you, this weekend is a special one. 💐

There’s a small chance of scattered rain, so you may want to keep an umbrella nearby, but don’t let that stop you from getting out and enjoying everything happening around the metro. From brunches and festivals to live music and family-friendly events, there’s plenty to do.

There may be a few showers rolling into the weekend, but the fun is still on! So take a look at the events I’ve posted and see what sounds good to you.
