Licensed since 2000, Beth Shinn Kempe loves helping find just what a Buyer is looking for, or getting a home ready to list, looking just right, with terrific pictures, and marketed to the agents working in the listing area, as well as potential buyers. She specializes in intown neighborhoods primarily in Buckhead and Vinings (loving in particular homes built before 1940) and is very well acquainte
d with the public and private schools. Intown living is also how she lives, having owned a home in the Springlake Neighborhood since 1984, and raised three children there. Husband, Bruce works for Printpack, Inc, in Vinings. Beth founded The Uniform Project in 2010, a 501c3, collecting Atlanta area private school uniforms and making them available to people traveling to third world communities, where children must have uniforms to be able to attend school.
