I had the opportunity to attend the ℝ𝔼𝔸ℙ Atlanta Graduation Celebration at CoStar and reconnect with fellow alumni at The Green at Phipps Plaza. The energy, the relationships, and the future of Commercial Real Estate were all in the room.

One of the most powerful moments of the evening was hearing from Audra Cunningham, a true trailblazer and the first Black female owner of a commercial real estate brokerage ACRE Consultants in Atlanta! 🙌🏾Her story is a reminder that success doesn’t have an expiration date.

She shared how her journey into CRE accelerated after the age of 40. For me, that message hit differently because my transition has come after the age of 50. It was a powerful reminder that there is NO age limit on reinventing yourself, pursuing a new career path or walking into the purpose God has for your life.

To the newest REAP graduates ℂ𝕠𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕒𝕥𝕦𝕝𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟𝕤! S/O to A. RaeNee Jemison this is not the finish line it’s the beginning of new relationships, opportunities, partnerships and possibilities. Continue showing up, learning and building your network.

And speaking of networking the REAP Alumni Reunion afterward was a 10/10! Reconnecting with classmates, meeting new graduates and celebrating black excellence in Commercial Real Estate reminded me why community matters.

𝔽𝔸𝕀𝕋ℍ🚧 Under Construction… 𝙹𝚞𝚜𝚝 Like 𝕄𝔼

Standing at this construction site reminded me that before you see the finished product, you have to trust the process.

These homes didn’t appear overnight. They started with a vision, a blueprint and a foundation.

And sometimes God works the same way in our lives.
You may not see it all yet, understand the delays or feel like you’re still in the building phase.

Don’t judge your future by your current frame. God is still building!

Just because it’s under construction doesn’t mean it’s incomplete it means He’s NOT finished yet.
