Forsyth County market update 🏡📊

The numbers are in, and Forsyth County is still leaning toward a seller’s market with just 2.9 months of inventory. Homes averaged 25 days on market, while the median sold price came in around $415,000.

What does that mean for you? Buyers may have a little more breathing room than we saw in the frenzy of years past, but well-priced homes are still moving. And for sellers, low inventory continues to work in your favor.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, the families whose lives were forever changed, and the brave first responders and everyday heroes who ran toward danger to help others.

Looking through these photographs and comparing those same areas then and now, I loved seeing how New York came back to life. They are powerful reminders that although we will never forget the heartbreak of that day, courage, hope, and resilience can rise from even the darkest moments.

Today, we honor their memory and the strength of a nation that came together. 🇺🇸

Some moments are felt more than photographed. 🏡🔑

Today, I had the privilege of watching my buyers officially become homeowners! I was so excited that I completely forgot to ask for a closing-day picture. 📸 But what matters most is that they walked away with the keys to their new home and a brand-new chapter ahead of them.

I am incredibly grateful they trusted me to guide them through this journey. Every phone call, inspection, document, challenge, and celebration led us to this moment and today, we made it to the closing table!

Congratulations to my wonderful buyers! May your new home be filled with happiness, beautiful memories, and many blessings for years to come. ❤️

🚨 Y’ALL. I just heard about the “new Florida car seat law” saying anyone under 5'4" needs a booster seat…

Me, at 5'2": 👁️👄👁️

I was already concerned about interest rates… now apparently I need a booster seat to get to the closing table. 😂🏡

GOOD NEWS: I checked before packing one for my next Florida trip. The 5'4" thing is NOT Florida law. 🤣

But if you see me pulling up to a showing sitting suspiciously high in the driver’s seat…

Mind your business. 😂

Sunday reminder. 🤍

In a world that can sometimes feel hurried, divided, and a little too focused on getting ahead, kindness still matters.

The way we treat people matters. The grace we give matters. The good we do, even when no one notices, matters.

Galatians 6:9 reminds us, “Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

That’s something I try to carry with me not only in life, but in the way I serve the people who trust me with their homes, their families, and their next chapters.

Keep showing up. Keep doing good. Keep choosing kindness. You never know who may need it today. 🌼
