The portion sizes were just right, and the chicken? Absolute perfection. It was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. They really know what they’re doing in the kitchen!

Now, I’ll be honest—you can tell the servers are new, but what really stood out was how the owner, Teneisha, was right there helping them out. She’s so hands-on and kind, and you can see how much love she’s putting into training her team and making sure everyone has a great experience.

Whew, today was tough! After a night of less-than-ideal sleep, I woke up feeling physically exhausted and almost talked myself out of today’s workout. But then, I stepped outside, took a deep breath, and let gratitude wash over me. The warm sun, the gentle breeze—it all reminded me just how lucky I am to be here, moving my body, while so many are battling the cold and gray in other places.

💪🏾 Sometimes, it’s these little moments—sun on your face, fresh air in your lungs—that fuel us when motivation is low.

So, let’s do an attitude check! Did you start your challenge? What’s your mindset today? Even if you’re struggling, take a moment to pause and find something you’re grateful for. Attitude is everything, and sometimes, that little shift in perspective is all we need to keep going.

Riding through the stillness, I feel a deep sense of gratitude and peace. I don't take these moments, or the gift of this life, for granted.
