Nikki Hill is a native north Texan with over 7 years’ experience in the real estate industry. She began her career in compliance and auditing in the medical industry and after 10 years decided to obtain her real estate license in 2016. There she helped run the front office of the brokerage as well as helping set up agent accounts, train the agents within the brokerage, set up classes and bus tours and attend monthly training and events. From there, Nikki became a top-producing agent every year as well as grew her business through referrals and word of mouth only. Currently, she runs a successful family real estate business that includes residential, new builds, leasing, land and working with buyers and sellers. Nikki has been married to her husband Chris since 2015 and they have 1 incredible son and 2 adorable dogs. When she is not working on her business, Nikki enjoys spending time with her family and friends, taking her son to the park, reading, designing art online and attending Grace Church in Frisco, TX every Sunday and during the week. Her years spent in compliance and auditing helped her gain important skills that allow her to provide the best service to her clients in real estate. She prides herself on having a very strong work ethic, attention to detail and a realistic outlook. Her goal is to make each client not only feel comfortable and at ease with the buying, selling or leasing a home by providing clear communication and updates along the way, but to also educate and set expectations ahead of time so her clients are more than prepared to purchase, sell or lease.
