Homes in Michigan are selling at over 100% of list price with only 1.09 months of supply on the market and an average of 34 days to sell. That means if you are a seller, you have real pricing power right now. Buyers are competing, and well-priced homes are not sitting.

Local forecasts point to roughly 3 to 5 percent price growth for Southeast Michigan markets through 2026. That is a steady, predictable appreciation. Not a bubble. Not a crash. A market that rewards smart moves.
