Tricia Young and Nonet Parmer Reese started Three Sixty in 2010 in an effort to provide East Alabama with a better option in real estate – a consistent partner in one of the biggest decisions you will ever make. We strive to make the process seamless and as simple as possible.

Why the name Three Sixty?

Fawns are hitting the ground in the great state of Alabama! Here are a few fawn etiquette tips for you if you’re out in the woods this summer and come across one.

A lone fawn is not usually an abandoned fawn. Does will leave their fawns for hours at a time to go feed. Providing milk is one of the most taxing processes in the animal kingdom and does must constantly eat to meet caloric needs of themselves and their newborn(s). So unless the fawn is under severe duress, leave it alone.

A fawn calling for its mom is not abandoned. Typically if it is strong enough to be up and calling, it’s just hungry, not starving and mom is close by.

A fawn in an ant pile can be carefully handled to remove the ants and be placed safely away from the ant pile.

A fawn with fly larvae all over it, matted p**p around it’s rear, and/or signs of extreme weakness (won’t stand on its own), may be cleaned up. Consult a local wildlife agent with the issue and if they can help they likely will.

Love to see this spring green up! The first part of the video shows the annual Fixation Balansa clover by Wildlife Management Solutions, Inc combined with cereal rye from Taleecon Farmer's Co-Op. the video pans over to our perennial clover plot by Whitetail Institute of North America.

Do you prefer annual or perennial? Why? I like a good combination out here at Agricola Farms! Send me some pics or better yet, reach out about purchasing your own little piece of paradise or selling yours to get that 10-31 tax flip upgrade going!
