Fun Fact Friday!!

In Maine, a “3 bedroom” doesn’t always mean it’s actually a 3 bedroom.

If a home is on septic, the bedroom count is based on what the system is designed for…not how many rooms are in the house.
So that extra room you’re thinking could be a bedroom… might not legally count.
