Our seller found us online~which is a little unusual for us since so much of our business comes from past clients and referrals. ❤️

After being listed a couple of months with another agent they reached out to us for some help. We priced the home where we believed the market would meet us, our seller trusted the plan, and just two weeks later we had our buyer! 🙌
