This week is a great week for my business. A listing went active on the market here in Opelika. I wrote an offer on a new construction home today. I’ve had two new listing appointments today and the two homes will be ready to go on the market in about two weeks. I am showing homes to out of town Buyers tomorrow. I also have a home closing in Pace on Friday. I’ve had a blessed week and I’m very thankful. My God is faithful and He is a blesser. He is blessing me more than I deserve. Glory to God!!!

When I met this first time homebuyer we had planned to look at two homes. We looked at the first one and it did not take long for him to know it wasn't right for him. He could hardly contain himself from excitement about seeing the second home. When we walked in, he started crying. He knew he wanted this home. This turned into multiple offers but we won the multiple offer situation.

This buyer is a veteran and is probably in his early 60's. This is the first time purchasing a home. He was so scared something would happen and he would not be able to buy. When he was handed the keys at closing he started crying again.
