had me so impressed with the 2 that I immediately knew I needed to just upgrade to the paper pro…

Once I got my templates in the first one, I thought about how much better my brain would appreciate things if I could color code them so…..naturally…. I did it😂

This is supposed to help take the place of a notebook without the distractions of an iPad or tablet, which I need. I’m an ADHD girly to the MAX so I really hope this helps.

Let’s also hope this will rid my desk of the 372 notebooks and 67289 sticky notes I have laying around everywhere with ideas, important notes, and information from classes that I can never find after I write it down😭

I will say though, as a Virginian in the South, there is definitely a different way of communicating around here😬 I love talking to agents who have serviced this area for a while, they always have quite the story to tell🏡🔑

You wanna know how to buy a house with 3% down, or no money down? Or use your VA loan to BUILD a house using a no money down, one time close construction loan???

Or do I need to dance and teach at the same time? Idk😂😅

Hey guys!👋☀️ Need summer activity ideas?

I made this for myself and some friends and I figured maybe some other families could use it too. I made this little interactive website/app to help find activities around the CSRA!

I just added it to my home screen so when we need something to do or want to find events I can just look on there! It has events through the end of July and just some free activities. Hope this helps someone🫶🏼
